The C4L Process

Most coaches are neck deep in day-to-day program operations, schedules, and pressures (not to mention their own lives), and are rarely able to step back and actually contemplate the big picture - “Why?

Many believe that sport builds character. While sometimes true, this is more myth than reality. Sport doesn’t develop character, a coach develops character. But only when the importance of character is recognized and intentionally integrated in their sport.

The C4L process addresses a Coach’s vision, mission, core values, mindset, and approach to transforming lives by developing the “Complete Player.”

How do you measure up in the C4L Process below?
